Cardio 101: How to do Mountain Climbers

Step 1: Come in a plank position with your shoulder over your hands and balancing your lower body weight on your toes.

Step 2: Engage your core and bring your right knee towards your chest with toes off the ground.

Step 3: Now switch your legs and bring the left knee forward.

Step 4: Keep switching at a good pace to spike up your heart rate!
